Teen banned from dance over book,Dominique Stearns is a freshman at Florida's Cypress Lake High School and she was recently banned from attending her first ever homecoming dance for a late library book. Yes, an overdue library book. Before she head about the ban, Dominique and her mother spent an entire day going to find the perfect outfit for the evening.
