Guy Fieri sold candy as a kid, Guy Fieri worked his way up to where he is today. The spiky haired Food Network personality began his love affair with food when he was 10 years old.
His father built him a tricycle from which he would ride around and sell soft pretzels and candy. His mobile business was called
The Awesome Pretzel. He earned enough to go on an exchange to France where his love and appreciation for food blossomed.

Fieri went on to get his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in hospitality management. He went on to win the Next Food Network Star in 2006 and by 2010 was considered to be the face of the network.
