ABC canceled shows “Body of Proof,” “Red Willow,” “Happy Endings,” “Malibu Country,” and “How To Live With Your Parents (For The Rest Of Your Life).” The five shows canceled by ABC are joining five previously canceled shows which included “666 Park Avenue,“ ”Don't Trust the B---- in Apt. 23,” “Last Resort,” “Private Practice,” and “Zero Hour” according to a May 11, 2013 US Weekly report.
ABC canceled the show “Happy Endings” after only three seasons because of its low ratings. Even though the ABC show was cherished by many, the fact that the half-hour comedy starring Damon Wayans Jr., Eliza Coupe, Elisha Cuthbert, Zachary Knighton, Casey Wilson, and Adam Pally was shown in different time slots each year might have contributed to the low ratings.
For many, canceling “Body of Proof” which stars Dana Delaney is a crime just by itself. Unfortunately, it is not the kind of crime that even an innovative medical examiner could solve.
