Urinal video games to increase prostate awareness

Urinal video games to increase prostate awareness, In the men’s restrooms at Coca-Cola (NYSE:KO) Field in Allentown, Penn., relieving oneself just got more distracting.

The urinals at the field — the home of the Allentown IronPigs, a minor league affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies — will have video games installed above them for the 2013 season, reports the New York Daily News.

The games are activated when men belly up to the urinal. They can then control a snowmobile down a slope while doing their business. Aim appears to be the important thing as the gamers spend the 55-second game tooling around the course and dodging penguins.

High scores will be recognized as well. Users will be able to enter their names on a leaderboard, and the very best players will attain the dubious recognition of having their names and achievements appears on the stadium’s video screens for game attendees to see.

The system is sponsored by Lehigh Valley Health Network. The group hopes to use it to encourage men to think about prostate health.
