Beyoncé Exits Movie, Beyonce will not be making a movie comeback with Clint Eastwood as she’s confirmed that she won’t be starring in ‘A Star Is Born’ remake. The 31-year-old was set to star as Esther in the new movie, which has been in the works for a while, but now she’s revealed that they can’t get it off the ground because of their busy schedules.
Talking to E! News, the Grammy-award winner said: “I was looking forward to the production of A Star Is Born and the opportunity to work with Clint Eastwood.
"For months we tried to coordinate our schedules to bring this remake to life but it was just not possible. Hopefully in the future we will get a chance to work together."
Now it seems that Clint is back to the drawing board in terms of casting, with no male lead either as several actors including Leonardo DiCaprio have been linked to the role but have never signed on the dotted line.
At the ‘Trouble With The Curve’ premiere, Eastwood said: “We’ve talk to several people, and we probably won’t address that one till next year.”
Then he added: “Early next year.”
