Ashton Demi $10 million, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore are still not divorced, despite the actors splitting in 2011, and now a new report has suggested that the pair are battling it out over a $10 million fortune.
In a new report by The New York Post, it has been revealed that their divorce battle is rumbling on over $10 million, because of the Two And A Half Men star's venture capital fund with Madonna’s manager Guy Oseary and billionaire Ron Burkle.
Page Six has claimed that following on from Kutcher and Oseary's decision to announce their fund A-Grade investments, which was set up to invest in tech start-ups - it was valued at $100 million, and now his ex, Demi Moore wants a slice according to a report.
A source has claimed that Ashton and Demi can't reach an agreement over the pay out.
“Ashton and Demi are still not divorced, and no settlement has been agreed, even though they have been in negotiations for over a year. Ashton made a lot of money after they married, but he doesn’t believe he owes her as much as she is asking for," a source told them.
“Ashton set up A-Grade with Oseary and Burkle in 2010, when he and Demi were still together, but he recently told her lawyers the fund had not made substantial money. In fact, he claimed he had only put about $1 million into it.
“Now it seems Ashton and Oseary were working towards a private offering based on a valuation of $100 million. Ashton owns 20 percent of the fund, under California law, Demi should be entitled to half of his share — $10 million.”
Demi officially announced her split from husband of six years Ashton in November 2011, after it was alleged that he had cheated with 23-year-old waitress Sara Leal.
Now the Ghost actress is said to be unhappy with Ashton's decision to announce the investments at Techcrunch’s Disrupt NY conference in May. A source close to the actress said that it was “audacious and narcissistic.”
Spotify, Foursquare, Soundcloud and Shazam are just a few of the companies that their fund has invested in.
The 35-year-old is currently TV's highest paid actor in the US for his role in Two And A Half Men, from which he has banked $24 million between May 2011 and May 2012.
