The model's announcement comes just days after she stepped out with her boyfriend wearing matching Tiffany & Co. Etoile bands on their right ring fingers.
Heidi told correspondent Kevin Frazier of her relationship with Martin: 'I am happy. It is always hard to find the right partner and you just never know in the beginning.'There's no engagement. I did get a present from my boyfriend. He did give me a ring and he has the same.'
She emphasized: 'I am not engaged. I am not planning to get married anytime soon. It's just a beautiful piece of jewelry. Just something nice.'
The Victoria's Secret beauty proudly donned the diamond-and-gold band while promoting haircare line Clean Hair & Scalp Therapy earlier in the day.For the occasion, the German stunner also slipped into a patterned wrap dress featuring a daring slit that revealed her flawless stems.
Bodyguard boyfriend Martin remained outside of the spotlight but undoubtedly was wearing his corresponding bauble.
The pair first sported the identical rings during an April 20 outing in Brentwood, California.
