2012 Grammy Awards, Music awards shows may come and go, but the original Grammys remain The Oscars of the music industry representing the entire music spectrum from classical, country and gospel to rock, rap and reggae.
This year, a roster of nominees will be officially announced on the Grammy Nominations Concert Live! presentation on CBS on December 5, 2012 at 10 pm ET. Featuring a host of all-star performances, the show is set to be telecast from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, marking the country music capital's first time playing host to the Grammy nominee special.
Then it's on to the the main event - the 55th annual Grammy Awards on Sunday, February 10, 2013 - which will be broadcast live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles on CBS at 8 pm ET.
