James Franco movie 'sucks': Actor attacks his own film, James Franco thinks one of his movies “sucks” and is sharing his criticism in a recent interview. E! Online reports on May 14 that Franco thinks “Your Highness” is one of his worst movies. The 2011 film made it on the Time magazine list of top 10 worst movies.
Franco appears on the cover of the latest GQ magazine and discusses his career. The 35-year-old says he is not afraid of being mocked because he is not completely responsible for his public persona. James Franco admits that “Your Highness” was not one of his best films. “That movie sucks,” mentions Franco.
ames Franco also admits that his friends enjoy mocking him and using him in movies. Seth Rogen initially made Franco’s part in “This Is The End” more materialistic and annoying. Although he is quick to admit that “Your Highness” was terrible, James would like to see a sequel to “Pineapple Express.”
“This Is The End” is not the only film that James Franco is busy promoting. The 35-year-old also stars in the adaptation of William Faulkner’s book “As I Lay Dying,” and it will premiere at Cannes next week.
Franco recently received the positive news that a defamation lawsuit against him was dropped because the judge decided the other party did not serve him papers properly. Jose Angel Santana, who was a professor at New York University, claimed James Franco was responsible for getting him fired since he called his classes awful. Santana felt Franco was targeting him because the professor gave him a D in the Directing the Actor II class.
