Shakira claims she has emails to prove ex-boyfriend has no right to sue her for $100M,

Shakira claims she has emails to prove ex-boyfriend has no right to sue her for $100M, Shakira says she's the victim of a shakedown — and she has the emails to prove it.

The pop powerhouse has filed a personal declaration in Los Angeles County Superior Court saying her former flame Antonio de la Rua admitted in writing he never had a stake in any of her companies and therefore has no right to sue her for $100 million.

De la Rua originally sued the Colombian chanteuse in New York, claiming he built the "Shakira" brand, but he discontinued that action to pursue his claim in California.

In her court declaration made public Tuesday, Shakira says de la Rua "explicity" told both her and her mother in a January 2011 email string that he was not her business partner.

"Just so you know, I am not Shakira's partner in coquito or any of her other companies. We have everything very neatly and she it the sole owner and beneficiary of her companies," reads a copy of the Jan. 16, 2011, email attached as an exhibit.

"I am not a partner in any of your companies. You are the sole owner of all of them," he allegedly wrote in a related email to Shakira dated Jan. 15, 2011, and provided to the court.

Shakira, 36, swears in her filing that she hired de la Rua as a "business advisor" who was compensated for his services during their decade-long romance that began in 2000.

She claims they even signed a prenuptial agreement at the Colombian consulate in New York in 2006 in which they "expressly renounced any right" to each other's separate assets and future earnings.

She says she doesn't believe Los Angeles is the right place for the current legal action because she doesn't own property in California and was only served in Los Angeles because someone "approached me and threw a set of papers at me while I was on stage at The Grove [shopping mall] for a public appearance."

De la Rua is the son of the former president of Argentina. He claims he orchestrated Shakira's $300 million deal with Los Angeles-based Live Nation in 2008.

He and Shakira lived together for seven years and broke up in late 2010.

The "Hips Don't Lie" singer announced her romance with Spanish football star Gerard Pique in 2011, and the couple had a son Jan. 22.

The case is due back in court July 31.
