Bieber may sue guests: Justin demands liability waiver from partygoers, Justin Bieber may sue his own party guests if they violate the waiver they have been asked to sign.
No one, it seems, gets in to a Justin Bieber party without signing the proper paperwork – social security number included – to release the Biebs from liability, reports the Epoch Times on May 22.
No tweeting, blogging or Instagram-sending allowed. No photographs or videos leave the site. Otherwise, the waiver warns, the guest could be liable for a $5 million lawsuit. It all sounds pretty unfriendly, but apparently plenty of people are willing to sign anything, just to get close to their favorite guy.
Justin Bieber may sue his guests if they violate confidentiality in any way, including – apparently – the sharing of information about other people’s “philosophical, spiritual, or other views or characteristics.” Does that mean none of those topics should be discussed, or just what happens at a Bieber party, stays at the Bieber party? Nervous guests might want to be sure.
And another thing: Every guest must acknowledge that he or she understands attendance “is potentially hazardous and you should not participate unless you are medically able and properly trained.” Trained for what? It sounds as if a first aide course might be indicated, and possibly self-defense.
Justin Bieber, rather than sue his guests, might want to check the guest list a bit more carefully. He could get advice from Prince Harry.
