Ron hextall 584 career penalty minutes, Tim Thomas channeled his inner Shawn Thornton on Wednesday night when he broke from his crease and challenged Canadiens netminder Carey Price to a goalie fight.
While things didn't exactly escalate into a Thornton-like heavyweight throwdown, The Tank still received his first career fighting major. This wasn't the first time a B's goalie got into it with the opposing keeper, and this being Boston, it certainly won't be the last.
